Refund Policy 

– Earth Bottom Water Sports

At Earth Bottom Water Sports, we value our customers and aim to provide the best water adventure experiences. We understand that plans may change, and we have designed our refund policy to be clear and fair.

1. Cancellations by Customer

Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity.

Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled activity.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the activity or in case of no-show.

2. Cancellations by Company

If an activity is canceled by Earth Bottom Water Sport due to bad weather, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive either:

A full refund, OR

The option to reschedule to another date.

3. Late Arrivals

Customers arriving late may miss their booking and will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable

Certain promotional packages, discounts, or special deals may be non-refundable, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
