1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, office, or authorized partners.

Full payment or a booking deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be in good physical health to join water activities.

Age restrictions may apply for certain sports (e.g., scuba diving, jet skiing). Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Customers are required to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities before booking.

3. Safety

All participants must follow the instructions of our guides and instructors at all times.

Safety gear (life jackets, helmets, diving equipment, etc.) must be worn where required.

Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during activities is strictly prohibited.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Refunds will not be provided in case of no-shows or failure to follow safety instructions.

5. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Activities are subject to weather and sea conditions

Earth Bottom Water Sport reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter activities for safety reasons.

6. Liability

While we take all necessary precautions, Earth Bottom Water Sport is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during activities.

Participants join activities at their own risk and may be required to sign a waiver form before participation.

7. Personal Belongings

Customers are advised not to carry valuables during activities.

The company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
